Thermochemical Properties

The format used here is the same as that in JANAF and CHEMKIN databases.

1. JANAF Thermochemical Tables, Natl. Stand. Ref. Data Ser. NSRDS-NBS-37,
   1971.

2. The Chemkin Thermodynamic Database, Sandia Report SAND87-8215B, 1991.

The thermodynamic data are stored as polynomial fits to specific heat

Cp/R, enthalpy H0/RT, and entropy S0/R.
Cp/R = a1 + a2T + a3T2 + a4T3 + a5T4
H0/RT = a1 + a2/2(T) + a3/3(T2) + a4/4(T3) + a5/5(T4) + a6/T
S0/R = a1lnT + a2T + a3/2(T2) + a4/3(T3) + a5/4(T4) + a7 
  
There are seven coefficients for each of the two temperature ranges.  
Thus for each species, there are 14 coefficients.

The database contains the following in order:  Species chemical symbol,
elemental composition, phase, temperature ranges for which coefficients
apply, and the coefficients.
